It’s about honoring the deep, instinctive pull to care for other women. It’s built on intuition, compassion, and connection… the kind that lives in your bones and awakens the moment you step into a birth space.
My mentorship is here to help you find your rhythm as a doula, not someone else’s version of success.
I will guide you in blending the practicality of running a business with, more importantly, the sacredness of being a doula.

Northern Colorado & Cheyenne Doula Mentorship
This 1:1 mentorship program is designed to support aspiring and new doulas through personalized guidance, hands-on learning, and community integration. Whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your skills, this experience will empower doulas to confidently serve families with compassion and expertise in a sustainable way.

A little about your mentor…
Hi, I’m Danielle! Doula-tog, mama to 2 girls, sourdough lover, and national park enthusiast . Since 2021, I’ve supported families across Northern Colorado and Cheyenne, offering both birth support and photography.
I truly believe that societal change starts with empowered mothers. And so often, it’s doulas who help create that space, offering support, advocacy, encouragement, and a steady presence when it’s needed most.
When I started, I felt the call to birthwork deeply. I took the (many) trainings, learned everything I could, but still felt unsure about how to put it all into practice. I didn’t know how to connect with families or support them in a way that felt aligned and sustainable. I was passionate and skilled, but I felt alone in figuring it all out.
That’s why I created this mentorship: to be the support I needed back then. To walk with you as you step into this powerful work. I believe the worlds needs more caring, capable doulas and I’m here to help you flourish into the doula you’re meant to be.
Hands-On Doula Training
This mentorship is grounded in real-life experience, shared connection, and individualized guidance.
We’ll co-doula a full birth journey together, supporting one client side by side through their prenatal visits, birth, and postpartum care. We’ll work as a team, problem-solving and growing in real time, so you can build confidence and experience in a truly supportive space. This can be a client you’re already working with, or I can help connect you with someone in need of support. Either way, you won’t be doing it alone.
Because birthwork isn’t something we’re meant to figure out in isolation. You deserve mentorship that meets you where you are with guidance and trust that prepares you for what’s ahead.
Four 1:1 meetings with Danielle
(60-90 minutes, either in-person or virtual)
These lessons are a deep dive into the topics that are critical to supporting families and growing as a birthworker.
The curriculum is tailored to you! What are your burning questions or pain points? Topics might include setting up your business, navigating birth within the medical system, how to run prenatal or postpartum visits, how to find your ideal clients, peer review or debriefing after births, etc.
I am an open book and will share all of my knowledge. No question or topic is off-limits

Support for Your Next Two Clients: I’ll be available 24/7 by text or phone as you support two more families. Whether you need quick answers or help navigating something in the moment, I’ll be here. After each birth, we’ll debrief together to celebrate wins and talk through areas for growth.

Nope! But it is important to note that a certification is not required to become a doula. This mentorship can act as supplemental education in addition to a doula certification program, or replace it altogether.

Yes! While my in-person students are able to receive the full benefit of hands-on support and community integration, virtual options are available for students who feel I am the perfect mentor for them but live far away.

There is no set time frame for the mentorship, as it depends on how long it takes to complete one birth client journey together.
